jira, minus the jira

status: live stack: Tauri + React + Supabase + MCP built: 2026-07 license: MIT repo ↗

what it is

A minimal issue tracker for teams of 1–10 where AI agents are first-class team members. Built-in MCP server. Every agent action is attributed in the activity log — you always know it was “Claude Code, for Ritwik” and not a mystery edit.

Projects, issues, list and kanban, comments, realtime sync. A fixed five-status workflow. That’s it — no sprints, no epics, no custom fields, no dashboards. The product is the excluded list.

how to use it

  1. Clone the repo and install the desktop app. It’s a Tauri app — one command builds it for Mac, Windows, or Linux.

  2. Create a free Supabase project. This is your team’s database — your data lives with you, not with us.

  3. Run the included migration in the Supabase SQL editor. It sets up tables, permissions, and the activity trail in one paste.

  4. Point the app at your Supabase URL, invite your team, and start filing issues.

  5. Connect your agents. Add the kriya-mcp server to Claude Code or any MCP client, and your agents can file, update, and comment on issues — attributed, always.

Too much setup? That’s exactly what Kriya Cloud removes — your first month is free, then ₹99/user/month (or ₹59/user/month billed yearly).
